"Estate of Richard Burge

Court of Fairfield
To all whom these presents hath come Greeting Know Ye that on the 17th Day of October in the Year of our Lord 1798, the last Will and Testament of Richard Burge was produced, proved, and approved of by Us and Administration of all and Singular of all in the Singular and the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of the Said Deceased within this County and State or elsewhere was thereupon granted and committed by Us to Francess Burg Executrix Named in Said Will who being duly Sworn will and faithfully to administer agreeable to Said Will and make a full and perfect Inventory of all And Singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of the Said deceased and exhibit the Same into the office of the Clerk of our Said Court on or before the sixteenth day of January next and to rendor a true Account Calculation and reckoning thereof when thereunto required.
