Know all men by these presents that We William Starke & Thomas Starke of the State aforesaid are held and firmly bound and obligated unto the Andrew Armstrong John Thompson and Moses Duke Executors of the Estate of John Duke deceased in the full and just sum of two hundred and fifty four pounds Sterling Money to be paid unto the said Andrew Armstrong John Thompson & Moses Duke their certain Attorneys Executors Administrators and assigns to which payment well and truly to be made and done. We bind ourselves and each and every of our heirs Executors Administrators and assigns jointly and severally firmly by these presents to sealed with our seal and dated the 23rd of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety. The condition of the above obligation are such that the above bound William Starke & Thomas Starke or either of them their certain Attornies Executors Administrators and assigns shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above named Andrew Armstrong John Thomson & Moses Duke their certain Attornies their Executors Administrators or assigns The full and just sum of one hundred and twenty seven pounds sterling money on or before the twenty second of August which will be in the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one without any interest for twelve months after this date hereof upon this above obligation to be void and none effect otherwise to remain in full force power and virtue
