"South Carolina
I do hereby certify for Harriot Duke a tract of land containing Four hundred and fifty Acres. Surveyed for her the 2d day of March 1796. Situated in Orangeburg District on Toby's Creek Waters of Big Saltcatchers And hath such form marks buttings and boundings as the above plat represents. Given under my hand this 10th day of September 1796.
