"South Carolina.
I Have caused to be admeasured and laid out unto Francis Boykin a Tract of Land containing fifteen Acres situate in the District of Camden in the Angle on both sides of Campcreek NE Side of Catawba River and hath such Form and Marks, butting and bounding as the above Plat represents. Certified for the Seventeenth Day of December 1784
