Page 6, an abstract concerning Amite County, Mississippi, Drawer 65, Case Number 18. In 1820, James Duke, son of Adam and Elizabeth (Ragland) Duke, sues the heirs of Jacob Curry. Elizabeth apparently married Jacob after the death of Adam.
