Deed conveyance, Micajah Hughes to Robert D. Montgomery, September 21, 1807, recorded March 5, 1814, $500 for 500 acres in Lancaster District located on the drains of and branches of Singleton's Creek and on the northeast side of the Wateree River. Bounded on the northeast by John Dunn and vacant land and on the southwest by John Gillespie and vacant land. All other sides vacant land at the time of the survey. Witnessed by Mary F.
