This Indenture made the ? day of February in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Ninety four and in the ??? year of American Independency Between Moses Duke of Fairfield County Planter of the one part ??? Turner of the aforesaid County and State of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Moses Duke heir and Ad of Robt Duke deceased for and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds ??? to him the said Moses Duke in hand well and truly paid at and before the Sealing and signing ??? presents by the said Mary Turner the receipt whereof the said Moses Dukes doth hereby ???ledge and thereof and every part and parcel thereof do acquit and discharge the ??? her heirs and assigns have granted Bargained sold alined ??? and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell aline ??? and Confirm unto the said Mary Turner her heirs ??? forever all that Pplantation or tract of Land Containing one hundred acres Situate in the ??? County lying and being on Horsepen branch bounding on all sides on vacant land laid out and granted to Robert Duke this Ninth day of Septr 1774. Together with all said singular the houses outhouses ??? water Courses paths passages ??? Easements hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said plantation or tract of one hundred acres of land thereunto belonging or in any way appurtaining and the??? and ??? Remainder and Remainderes ??? ??? and profits thereof Every part and parcell thereof and all the estate right title Interest Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Moses Dukes of in and to the said premises and of in and to every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said plantation or tract of one hundred acres of land and all and singular other the premises as above mentioned the apppurtenances unto the said Mary Turner her heirs and assignes to the duly proper use and behoof of her the said Mary Turner her heirs and assigns forever and the said Moses Duke in consideration to the said Mary Turner and premises therein dothe for himself his heirs Executors and administrators commit? premises grant and agree to and with the said Mary Turner her heirs and assigns that the said Moses Duke his heirs Executors administors shall and from time to time and at all times hereafter save defend keep himself and ??? the said Mary Turner her heirs Executors administrators and assigns and every of them and the said Tract of land The hereditaments and premises above Conveyed by the said Moses Duke and every part thereof from and against the dower and Rights and title of the dower of the wife of the said Moses Duke of into or out of the plantation or tract of one hundred acres of Land in the hereditaments and premises or any of them or any part or parcel thereof from used against all actions Suites Court Charges damages and ??? which the said Mary Turner her heirs Executors admistrators ??? hath or may ??? at anytime hereafter ??? ??? ??? account of said dower Rights or titles of dower ??? and ??? the said Moses Duke and his heirs the said plantation or tract of one hundred acres Land and singular the premises above granted with these ??? delivered unto the said Mary Turner and her heirs against all persons whatsoever shall and will warrent and forever defend by these presents In witness whereof whose of the said Moses Duke to these presents his hand and seal ???
