"South Carolina
I do hereby certify for Claricy Dukes a tract of land containing One hundred and six Acres. Surveyed for her the 10th day of February 1797. Situate in Orangeburg District on Fishing Branch of Hartless Creek Waters of Big Saltcatchers And hath such form marks buttings and boundings as the above plat represents. Given under my hand this 15th day of July 1797.
