"So Carolina
pursuant to a Warrant from Sam'l W. Yongue Com'r of Locations For Fairfield District, dated 5th July 1816, I have admeasured & laid out unto Absolom Weatherby a Tract of Land containing Three hundred & two Acres, Situated in said District on round Top Branch, Waters of twenty five Mile Creek, Waters of Broad River, bounded SW by Moses Dukes, SE by Lem perry, NE by Saml Nipper NW bt E Jones & Zoel? Thiphold? (Milshold??) and hath such forms & marks as above plat represents -- surveyed 15th March 1816

TLC Notes: The long sides of the seven-sided plat runs roughly east and west along and mostly on the south side of Round Top Branch.
